Website Usage
Our website serves as a resource to help you make informed decisions about supporting our cause, participating in our mission, or connecting with our community. Through this site, you can donate, register for events, or get in touch with us directly.

Donations and Payments
All donations made to iMagi Nation Inc. are 100% tax-deductible and non-refundable. Upon your donation, you will receive an email confirming the amount with the appropriate tax deduction information for your records. For event registrations, we maintain a non-refundable policy, with exceptions considered on a case-by-case basis. While tickets are non-refundable, they can be transferred to another person up to three days before the event starts. Please note that all payments and donations made to iMagi Nation are generally non-refundable. However, we are committed to accessibility—if you are unable to afford an event or experience, reach out to us directly for a voucher or free entry. For more information on our Donation Policy, click here.

Event Participation
By participating in our events, you agree to hold iMagi Nation Inc., its partners, and employees harmless from any liability. We are a small nonprofit doing our best to serve the community, and we encourage feedback through our claims forms if any issues arise or if you have suggestions for improvement. All ages are welcome at our events, which are designed to accommodate people of all ages, especially children. Any child attending (under the age of 18) must be accompanied by an adult, and youth tickets must be purchased by a parent or guardian. We ask that all attendees conduct themselves as positive role models for the next generation. Please avoid behaviors such as excessive PDA, drug or alcohol use, nudity, or hate speech. Our full Code of Conduct can be viewed by clicking here.

Volunteer and Sponsorship Terms
Volunteers are expected to adhere to the Code of Conduct. Any volunteer who violates this code may face immediate termination depending on the severity of the violation. We value forgiveness and aim to guide volunteers through honest mistakes, but certain behaviors may not be tolerated. As for sponsorship collaborations, sponsors are required to fulfill the terms of their unique agreements. If a sponsor or partnering organization violates our Code of Conduct or represents iMagi Nation Inc. in a harmful way, the partnership may be subject to termination. These conditions will be detailed in the agreement signed by both parties before any collaboration begins. Sponsors are expected to uphold our standards at all events and in their dealings with us to ensure a safe, ethical, and positive environment for our community, especially the children.

Intellectual Property
All images, graphics, flyers, logos, text, and other media on this site are the intellectual property of iMagi Nation Inc. If you wish to repost or use our images, you must credit iMagi Nation by linking to our Instagram (@imagi.tribe) and our website (www.imagitribe.com) in the captions or credits. Failure to do so may result in a verbal correction, and continued violation may lead to legal action.

Dispute Resolution
We believe in the power of forgiveness and approach disputes with the same care and patience we practice with the children we serve. If a dispute arises that cannot be resolved directly, we will engage a neutral third party for mediation. Our goal is to resolve any misunderstandings peacefully and in alignment with our values. We strive to prevent conflicts by clearly outlining our terms and code of conduct, but we are always here to help if confusion or issues arise.

Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
